ABOUT BRUCE CHAMPAGNE
As a law enforcement officer, Bruce Champagne completed assignments as a gang investigator, police evidence diver, major crimes detective, SWAT leader and member, firearms/defensive tactics instructor, and is a previous president of the Utah Tactical Officers Association, Utah Gang Investigators Association, Utah Forensic Divers Association, and President-Elect of the Utah Peace Officers Association.
Champagne is a member of the Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences, International Law Enforcement Educators and Trainers Association (ILEETA), International Homicide Investigator's Association, Society for Integrity in Force Investigation and Reporting, National Tactical Officers Association, and a certified instructor in firearms, batons, aerosols, arrest control, various defensive tactics systems, S.P.E.A.R., and a Krav Maga and Krav Maga FORCE instructor.
Champagne investigates, analyzes, and provides training in law enforcement uses-of-force as a certified Force Science Analyst and In-Custody Death Investigator, and provides consultation in civilian acts of self-defense, and has provided presentations internationally.
